The eyes were covered with the fluff making them hard to see, and i thought the plush would be a bit floppy and squishy like how it looked like in a few of the photos. And the polyester filling is not "high quality", it's really just recycled trash. After trimming the plush as it was supposed to be, the penguin i received looks way better and looks much more like the pictures. Anyway, overall the plush is a very great gift and is really unique. :)
