Looking at the ad photos, the Suri bear had a fully visible face and white contrasting nose to the silver face. What I received has a different appearance and no contrast to nose. I messaged the seller. I feel the seller avoided most of my questions in their generic response. I messaged a 2nd time indicating I felt misled and my questions were avoided. There was no response to this 2nd message. The face of the bear received is hidden by the fur/hair and is not what I was expecting based on the photos in the ad. It looks more like a sheepdog of sorts. Item was promptly shipped and well packaged.
