I got this as a gift for my amazing sister-in-law, & she LOVED it so much! I however am sort of a snob/connoisseur when it comes to alpaca plushies, & so I personally was disappointed that it: 1. wasn't as poofy & soft as the quality I get for myself, 2. its face wasn't as cute to me as other ones I've seen & have, 3. and a sturdy white patch of Felt covered the whole base of it instead of continued alpaca fluff. She was super pleased with it though & insisted that she didn't want to return it for a new one as I'd offered. Wanted to share my feelings (for those who care about those kinds of details like me), since the pictures never showed the base. But I find it more important to share her side since I'm guessing most people won't care about it lol. And the owners are just so nice, warm, & respond quickly ♡ Still loyal.
